Apology from Qwaiq

More than 60 corpses were found in the river Qwaiq, near the Bustan al-Qasr area in Aleppo, north Syria. Their hands were tied, with a bullet in the head (they were obviously executed). In the picture, local residents are standing around after retrieving the bodies. The sign reads: ‘We apologise to human rights organisations and humanitarian agencies for these images’.
